Dear Karunanayakage Lakmewan,

As the author of the Paper#: 98   Titled: Dynamic Traffic Controlling System,
you are required to upload your camera-ready version of your paper(s), as well as other necessary artefacts required
to finalise APCASE 2014 conference proceedings and prepare the IEEE Xplore package for publication of full IEEE papers.

Please use the Camera-Ready Upload function (in the last column of the Author Console,
hit the "edit" hyperlink to open the facility) and upload the following required files:

1. Upload the final version of all your paper submissions. This upload may include the following:
    - an extended  abstract (Springer LNCS)   - max 3-4 pages,
    - a full IEEE paper (IEEE,  2 col format) - max 6 pages,  and
    - optionally (required later) a draft of a manuscript for Springer book (Springer LNCS) - max 16 pages.

2. Upload, an Originality Test report (plagiarism test report)
generated using turnitin or crossref program, see:
    http://turnitin.com/
    http://crossref.org/
This upload is particularly required for full IEEE submissions.

3. Upload a scanned proof of payment for the registration at APCASE conference. In some cases,
you may need to attach a proof of payment for your partners, relatives or friends, who are attending
APCASE 2014 as participants.

4. Upload, a completed, signed  and scanned IEEE Copyright release note.
This can be done via provided link (on the console hit "Submit IEEE Copyright Form" hyperlink or just download
and fill the form available at:
http://www.ieee.org/documents/ieeecopyrightform.doc

Best if you could zip all these files and upload them in a single file, with a "paper_id" prefix in its name.
Do it from "Edit Camera-Ready Submission" menu, "File Upload" option

If you encounter any problem with your upload, please send us the paper-id.zip file containing all required conference
artefacts (submitted papers and related documents), directly at apcas...@gmail.com email address.

Thank you,

APCASE Publication Chairs
