Tera, check this paper is inline with following IEEE formates.

Authors names MUST comply with the international naming convention, otherwise indexing agencies may refuse to index your names, i.e. one first name followed by one family name (or surname). Avoid initials and middle names as it confuses matter considerably.


1. Margins must be 2.54cm top and bottom and 1.9cm left and right, paper size Letter, NOT A4. Times New Roman font throughout with sizes as follows:

i) paper title 14 bold, not italics, and capitalized (i.e. lower case except first letter of every main word in upper case)
ii) authors names size 11, affiliation 10 (department name only in italics), abstract and keywords 9 bold, main text including section headings size 10, figure and table captions and references size 8.

2. Abstract text, font size 9 bold, must be at the top of the left column NOT spread across the width of the page; the heading word Abstract must be first word of first line, not indented and in italics.

3. Abstract main text must be bold and NOT italics, but the heading word Abstract must be italics.

3.1 All keywords, including the heading word Keywords, must be bold and italics.

4. First line of every paragraph (and the whole references text but not their numbers) must be indented by 5 spaces, and no spaces between successive paragraphs or references

5. Main Section headings, font size 10, must be numbered in Roman numerals: I, II, III, IV etc and in upper case centered across the column width, NOT bold or italics.

6. Sub-section headings, font size 10, must be numbered A. ,B., C., etc and in italics left justified, not indented and not bold.

7. Text body must be font size 10, Times New Roman.

8. Acknowledgement and Reference section headings must not be numbered.

9. The final file must be in both pdf and Word .doc (NOT .docx), to enable the editorial team to easily check the format and correct minor formatting issues speedily without having to revert back to authors.
