Dear Karunanayakage Lakmewan,

we are pleased to inform you that your extended abstract has been accepted for presentation at the conference and inclusion in the APCASE 2014 Book of Abstracts:

Paper#: 98  Title: Dynamic Traffic Controlling System

Required changes:
1.) Independent of your selected publication stream (IEEE or Springer) the extended abstracts should be formatted following the Springer LNCS style. Please view the Springer site for Word and LaTeX templates in A4 Size: http://www.springer.com/series/10188?detailsPage=pltci_2109585. The full paper can be submitted in IEEE or Springer format, depending on the selected stream.
2.) Log into the conference management system to see your reviews. Please consider the reviewers' comments carefully when preparing the final version of your extended abstract.
3.) Proofread the extended abstract once more and correct all typographical and grammatical errors.
4.) Finally, make sure that the names, affiliations and email addresses of all authors are listed underneath the title. This is especially important if you submitted an anonymous draft for peer review.

Please submit the revised extended abstract until 28 January, 2014 via our online system (https://cmt.research.microsoft.com/APCASE2014).

Regards,

Zenon Chaczko, University of Technology, Sydney, Australia and
Ford Lumban Gaol, IEEE Indonesia Section, Indonesia
General Chairs, APCASE 2014

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not have a virtual mode of publication at this
stage. If you, or a representative, are unable to attend the
conference - we are unable to publish your paper at IEEE Xplore due to
their rules.

We will notify you if there is an opportunity to publish via alternative means.

Regards
APCASE 2014

Dear Author(s)

Extended abstract ( Paper#: 98   Titled: Dynamic Traffic Controlling System/IEEE stream).

In the Springer's extended abstract stream, all papers are required to be presented
by true authors or somebody authorised by all authors, knowledgeable
about the topic and the paper's content;
A substitute (a physical proxy), must be a trusted person by all authors.

It is the Session Chair who is responsible for nomination which papers are suitable for chapters
and which have to be rejected; possibly new suggestions can be made for a publication venue.
This cannot happen without authors presenting at the session.
Mind you, substitutes can only do more damage.

In IEEE stream,  all registered papers must be presented to be eligible
for inclusion in IEEEXplore.

Best regards,

APCASE Chair,
