Hardware Startup notes version 1

Hello guys,

I have begun compiling my insights from the hardware workshop i have attended alongside the manufacturing summit I attended in kitchener waterloo. I will be adding to this document over the next couple of days to have a comprehensive go to guide in regards to launching a product. This is a document full of critical information collected by people who have launched successful crowdfunding campaigns, and companies shipping hardware products.

I am prooud to say that we are a recognized team in the ecosystem with contacts who have had very successful entrepreneurial careers. Of course it is upto us to dictate our success but the open nature of advice and valued perspective is available at our fingertips so we can be as prepared as possible.

Entrepreneurship is not mystical and about luck, it is a strategic process driven position in which success can be taught. We will see what it takes for us to determine this process and gain the necessary knowledge to execute our business successfully. 

I hope all is well and that everyone is enjoying their vacations. Today was such a close game with the Raptors lost by one point, which goes to show that even with hard work times can be difficult. With focus and dedication the raps will make their way up the playoff chain, and so will we, make our way up in the global market.
