erm, on behalf of Rajhan I would like to explain lil bit on the updates.

the main point of the meeting would be the changes at the first reactor. prof ask me to use recycle stream to increase conversion.

fyi, at current residence time (it is fixed to 0.134, to fixed reactors volume), in single pass, conversion is only up to 89% .. 

so during the meeting, we discussed on how to further increase the conversion. the solution we get is to increase the flow.

so, lower conversion, increasing flow rate would definitely effect the mass balance and energy balance. 

for now, we plan to stick with whatever conversion. and waiting to finally finalized after 2nd reactors (few changes to be made) to be completed.

sorry that its kinda slow and late that I try to complete clculation for 1st reactor. 

but most of the process didnt change much. just the mass and energy balance.

so WE HAVE TO SET UP A DATE (THE NEAREST TIME) to settle control and hazop which needed to be done ASAP. so that we could have spare time reviewing it back and drawing it.

for secnd reactor part, the calculation its on the way now. saibal already approve the patern that I use..for now upadate is the air that we combine wth VCH stream tak perlu preheat..just combine the air with vch stream..this is due to highly exothermic condition in reactor..tq
