2	Division of Major & Minor Equipment   Major: T-01: Balqees        R-01: Muchapa T-02: Ilmi               E-03 (HX phase change): Jimmy T-03: Faiqa T-04 (Evaporator): Tamil   Minor:   Jimmy: Compressor K-01 & Pump 02 Balqees: E-07 & P-03 Faiqa: E-08 & P-08 Ilmi: E-09 & P-05 Tamil: E-10 & P-06 Muchapa: E-14 & P-07	Each person is given one heat exchanger & one pump for minor equipment except jimmy designing compressor. Tamil please upload the finalized PFD for reference.
3	Instrumentation & Control (P&ID):	·         P&ID to be completed by this week as PFD & HEN have already been finalized.
4	Pathforward:   Work need to be done this week!   -P&ID -PFD -HAZOP -Plant Layout   Work need to be done next week: week 5   -Waste Treatment
5	Adjournment The meeting was adjourned by the reciting of Tasbih Kifarah and Surah Al-A’sr.

How about the alarm/ interlock system? I see some of the group include it in the P&ID.

i skimmed through the PTS - Control Readiness. in Appendix B, found about the alarm/trip setting needs to be specified. but not sure if need to include in drawing 

anyway, referring to P&ID from my internship company, i do find interlock in the drawing.

guys, just now farihah and me met mr azizul, our fydp coordinator last sem.

farihah is also doing the evaporator part replacing the reactor 2, but since it was confusing, as there are water vapor being separated from the evaporator, she asked for opinion.

after some discussion, the main problem here is the design of the evaporator/reactor 2 itself, so instead of designing something we don't know much, he said we can choose two minor equipments to replace the major equipment, and just avoid the evap/reactor part.

this is just FYI. anyway, if tamil has no problem in designing the evap, then no problem. 

tamil, u sure got no change in mass balance or composition into the distillation column 2? cause I need to design the column based on the composition.

ya i no diff in mass balance.... i think so.... n for the evaporator if thats the case we follow the coordinators advice la
