Latest Heat Integration for FYDP II

Attached is the stream data as discussed in the meeting. Ignore the HEN and PTA, will update them tomorrow.

Also attached is the latest simulation file done by Tamil.

Tamil, is it possible to put heat exchanger in each stream involved in the heat integration? Cause i doubt i can take the heat duty from the stream directly as it is heat duty before the temperature is being heated/cooled. The heat duty from the heat exchanger as you did for the reactor 1 outlet & reactor 2 inlet seems more reliable.

attached is the hen, threshold problem, only need cold utility, so can use cooling water for all.

its quite flexible, can have a lot of different match, so if you guys have better idea to match the streams (maybe want the pfd look more beautiful, or any other concerns), can tell me, i can edit

oh btw sprint expired yesterday, so can do manual only..

a suggestion here.

1. avoid pairing HOT 3 into anything.... 

2. pair hot 5 into cold 2

3. i dont know whether its a good idea to redistribute product stream 25(hot 4).. into other place rather than straight to storage tank....

point 1 n 2 is for the pfd aesthetic purpose while 3 is a doubt....

i kinda agree for point 3, so as we can match it with other stream, i avoid place match for the product stream (Hot 4)
