2.2	Safety & Loss Prevention Starategy (HAZOP)	·         PIC for details & report: Ilmi ·         Begin after P&ID completed.               (expected to begin: 4th                week)
2.3	Concept for Waste Treatment To be discuss & completed in 4th & 5th  week  with all group members.	PIC for details & report: Faiqa
2.4	Concept for Plant Water Utility System To be discuss & completed in 4th & 5th  week  with all group members.	PIC for details & report: Muchapa
3	Pathforward:   -Meeting with SV on Thursday/ Friday (TBA)
4	Adjournment The meeting was adjourned by the reciting of Tasbih Kifarah and Surah Al-A’sr.
