Changes in Pump Numbering

Salam & Hi all,

FYI, there are few minor changes in P&ID:

1) In terms of pump numbering, coz there is additional pump added in Stream 22. Hence, there's a changes in numbering that's all. Highlighted are the new no for your pumps.

Previous Numbering:

 

Jimmy: Compressor K-01 & Pump 02

Balqees: E-07 & P-03

Faiqa: E-08 & P-08

Ilmi: E-09 & P-05

Tamil: E-10 & P-06

Muchapa: E-14 & P-07

 

Current:


Jimmy: Compressor K-01 & Pump 02

Balqees: E-07 & P-03

Faiqa: E-08 & P-07

Ilmi: E-09 & P-05

Tamil: E-10 & P-06

Muchapa: E-14 & P-09


2) For the cold oil utilities, we're still figuring out what utilities to use. will update ASAP soon.

The latest P&ID will be updated soon by Tamil. 

For the time being u can refer to the attached P&ID.

i did some research couldn't find a suitable oil candidate for the cooling. oil I got has lower Cp compared to water.

I tried to calculate for E-08, but it seems unfeasible with the temperature difference, so i'll take E-11, is that okay?

guys change in the design...

i found a report on flash evaporator for our previously known reactor 2... so my major will be that... and my minor will be mixer-01 and pump-06
