This is with reference to our discussion earlier today.

 

We are currently recruiting BMS graduates for an opportunity in our Business Research division in Mumbai. We understand that the students are currently engaged in their examinations and will be available to interview with us only post 5^th May 2013.

 

In the meanwhile, would it be possible for you to share the details of the opportunity with them so that you can gauge their interest levels? You can share the company website with them so that they can have an idea about us and what we do. The profile details are as follows:

 

Company Name: Aranca (www.aranca.com)

Client: UK based insurance broker (Client name confidential)

Practice: Business Research

Designation: Associate

Total Work Experience: 0-2 years

Role: Preparing daily strategic client update reports (for the UK based client), covering company operations, recent initiatives, key strategic focus, management changes, business issues and industry challenges.

Compensation: As per industry standard.

 

The opportunity will provide a great learning experience for those inclined towards making a career in research and analytics.  

 

Interview process:

 

The interview process will be two phased; the first round will be a personal interview where the interviewers assess the candidate’s analytical ability and domain/ industry/ sector/ business acumen. Should the candidate clear this round, he/she will proceed with a small company profiling test to gauge whether they have the required competence to draft reports and make presentations on company profiles. The entire process will take approximately 4 hours so the candidates should come prepared accordingly.

 

We would request you to please share these details with the students and let us know in case there are any students keen on pursuing this opportunity. You can share the profiles of the interested students with us so that we can organize the interview process post 5^th May 2013.
