fxcanvas 0.2 beta 3

Hi!

I've just publishing new beta version. In this release many
constructive changes and only a few new features.

* Added couple of new demos.
* In Firefox 4 will be used new typed arrays for ImageData.
* (IE) Added distorted canvas resizing.
* (IE) Added oncanvasresize event.
* (IE) Fixed other bugs.
