What is going on with this club?

aren't they brought out during the general member ship meeting/dinner?
As members we do have the right to know if there are problems. I have
also found out some of the directors have been appointed since the
last election due to resignations of the elected directors. This is in
accordance with the rules of the club. I feel that the current
officers should be at the April 17th meeting and tell us what is going
on and any corrective mesures that are being taken. I have noticed the
last couple of general membership/dinner meetings only about twenty or
so people are showing up. I would like to see more of the regular
members come to the next meeting and ask questions to our leaders
about the future of this club.

the next meeting is This is the member's club. The club is strong and
stable. Elections are coming in a few months.

I truly appreciate your concern for the well-being of the club.
Despite the recent changes on the board, I am happy to report that the
club is doing well! The board is working hard to provide monthly
races that are well-managed, family friendly events, and monthly
meetings that better reflect the interests of our members.
I encourage you to attend our next General Membership meeting on
Tuesday, April 17th at Palermo's Italian Restaurant where our members
are the guest speakers! We look forward to hearing from our members
how we can improve club races and activities.
Also, this will be a valuable time for members to consider putting
their ideas into action by running for a position on the board. I
would be more than happy to outline exactly what the positions entail
and how much fun it can be serving side by side with your fellow
runners and friends.
