Places GET response should include counts of content_types that are available

It would be great if the places GET response showed number of news, photos, etc., items that were available for a particular place such that it could further be called with the "Get content related to a business" GET call. That way we would know which businesses actually have results before calling the content related to a businesses second URL request.
The way it stands currently we have to call the request for each business UUID just to see if there are items available, and this is both expensive in terms of API calls as well as Internet usage.
