Error Loading PatientDB XML

Hi

I am using Tuto09MesherWithGenericScene as the baseline in my
application to incorporate Generic Scene. However when I load the
patient.xml file, the one modified with certain tags removed. I get
errors. Has the format been changed or the code modified further? Also
I tried using VTK image instead, but I get segmentation fault. It was
working a couple of days back when I was first going through the
tutorials. Has a major modification been made that is causing the
errors?
