I carry out our production and designing of Roman and Anatolian ancient style fine jewelry in our studio/workshop in Bodrum, Turkey.

All our jewelry are unique, one of a kind and totally hand made pieces. Unlike most of today's goldsmiths, we do not under any circumstances, use serial stones, casting and molting, together with modern techniques in our designs and productions. The raw materials we use are either 22K or 24K gold and Sterling Silver 925.

In contrast to today's fast automated machine made jewelry, our aim and ambitions are to keep alive the ancient goldsmithing techniques and methods passed down upon us over the centuries by our grandfathers.

Please Note: Because I always use unique stones in my designs, there may be slight variation in the stones you receive from the one pictured (such as free form pearls,rough gem stones /unique patterns on stones etc) Design will be the same but because these are natural stones each may be a little different. Buyers can be sure they will receive a unique custom design.

Economy Shipment $6.90 (delivery will made by local post offices/USPS ' online tracking is not available')

Standard /Economy post shipment may arrive in 20 - 30 business days (sometimes more) I expect your understanding on this matter as it is not related to me.

Packages leaves our county in 3-4 days but USPS web site does not update tracking status until packages arrives at Buyer's local Post Office. We are not responsible from delivery times .

Please note that we ship overseas and If you need fast delivery,You can upgrade shipping option to 'UPS Expedited' during Paypal checkout process. Combined shipment is available.

in some cases where the size you need deviates too far from the original ring size, we may have to handcraft a new ring altogether. if that is the case, please allow an additional 1-2 days before shipping your order. On behalf o fBodrumWorkshop , we thank you for your business.

SENDING PAYMENTS

You will get an Ebay generated invoice after your purchase. If you're done shopping please make payment so we can ship your item immediately .

**If purchased item is not received by the expected time (30 business days) please contact me as I will refund your payment or resend a new one!**.


Returns are accepted within 14 days after the item is delivered. Buyer's pays return cost.

Cancelling procedures for returns and refunds.:

We will send a 'cancelling transaction' email so that our 'Seller Final Value Fee' will be returned to us which Ebay deduct at the time of transaction(s).

Refunds will be made via paypal after we receive the item safely. Tracking number is required, so Let us know via email the tracking number of the package. 

Please note: custom/customized orders eg. ring sizing, Customized Orders, design changes requested by the buyer are not returnable. Be sure of your ring size and/or custom design request before placing a bid/offer.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Ebay allows 45 days for refunds so please don't open an 'item not received case' until you contact me. I will gladly refund or resend your purchased item.
