Hi there,
Is there any flavour of Linux that you would recommend over any others
for running the db? I've been looking at a dedicated virtual offering
that gives one a choice of Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS or Fedora (all 64-
bit). Or does it not really matter?
thanks,
Rob

Hi Rob,
There shouldn't be any difference. I'd suggest other factors would
affect your choice. e.g. for people using virtualization, there's a
difference between what Fedora offers by default and what Ubuntu does.
