I cannot install FuXi. The following error is returned as I run

>>> python setup.py install

error: Setup script exited with error: command '"C:\Program Files
(x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\VC\BIN\amd64\cl.exe"' failed with exit
status 2

I exported the code from the googlecode to github and downloaded it.

using Installation instruction from [1] also has the same error. I
downloaded the VCforPython but still it is not installed returning the same
error.

my system is Windows 7, 64 bit and I am using python 2.7. my python is
install via arcgis in the path: C:\Python27\ArcGISx6410.2. based on the
comments on the web I found I installed the Visual Studio 2010 Express but
still have the same problem.
