Dear Friends,

              It is planned to conduct our get together this year also. Diwali holidays will be the most suitable time for this event, as most of us will be in home. This time our get together needs to be better than the previous one. We are putting in all our efforts to make this event a grand one. So please let me be informed with your suggestions for making this event better & any grievances regarding the previous get together, etc. I assure that your suggestions will be taken care of and necessary steps will be taken. Now i request (beg) you all to please send me a reply to this email. You are requested to answer the following questions in your reply.

 

 

1. Which day will be most suitable for you, either the day before Diwali or the day after Diwali?

2. This time it is planned to conduct the event in a conference hall (Appans/Bell). It requires some monetary support. So a constant sum of money from every one of us is needed. What will be minimum amount you can contribute?

3. If you find some other better place for this event, please do inform me.

4. Anyother suggestions
