Just curious.
Thinking about the domain of endeavour where people are known as "learning advisors" (Ref 1), does anyone know of anything happening in this area that uses any blended or flipped one-on-one approaches to sessions?
Case, studies, web sites, new approaches using technology?
Any LA approaches that recognise the existance of Google Scholar, the web and online journals?
Opinion or fact?

Ref 1: at tertiary level, eg help with writing, learning critical thinking, how to sit exams
Usually based on a 1:1 sesson or 1:small group.
Under pressure to do more with less.
