2023 IEEE International Conference on Communications (ICC 2023) will be held in Rome, Italy from 28 May to 1 June. Themed “Sustainable Communications for Renaissance,” this flagship conference of the IEEE Communications Society will feature a comprehensive high-quality technical program including 13 symposia and a variety of tutorials and workshops.
