New guidelines on termination!

Can anyone tell me about "new procedures of termination". The link
given before is a blank page!

Some say i hav got to get an approval letter first then fill form
109??!!

Does anybody know?

Hi sindhuja..

Hope u r fine.

Pls go through d message in our group regarding Termination
procedure.. First u've to get permission to terminate frm ur present
principle via form 109.. Then send tis along wit form 102 and 103
signed by new principle (same thing u did for reg. Articles under
present principle) to chennai office..

But as know to me, all d terminations have been rejected by institute
even if it is for genuine reasons.. So pls don't terminate till feb,
2010.. Bcoz president uttam is very particular abt terminations..

just last month only i have send form 109 for termination ..... i not yet got any reply from institute sindhu ....... can i know for wat reason your terminating ........?

your message is very useful for me ...... i wanna know about one more thing ... in case institute have rejected the termination form which we sent .. want we want to do further .......?

then, if they reject the form will it affect our articles time .......?

If they reject ur application.. You cant do anything.. Just sit
tightly till your articlship gets over.
