Hi Sunita,
Thanks for the wishes.
The experience was horrifying:-) 240 mins for 200 questions was quiet less for me. Couldn't afford to have a longer break then 5 mins. Sitting in a single posture for 4 hrs, couldn't even change the position freely. Moreover, you are always under the camera.

Regarding preparation - For concepts, I studied RITA. For ITTO (Inputs, Tools & Techniques and Outputs), I studied PMBOK and the charts provided at the time of training. Apart from both of this, do as much sample questions as u can, because only they can give you the idea about the kind of questions which can come in the exam.
I would suggest, while giving exam, read the question very carefully with a cool head and mind, understand it properly and then answer. Don't just jump on the answer by reading an incomplete question. The questions are very very tricky and the PMI tries their best not to enable us to clear the exam :-)

Ofcourse. I had found the questions from the following sources:

1) Chillies questions provided to us at the time of training.
2) 200 sample questions provided to us at the time of training.
3) In RITA, you can find 30-40 questions for each chapter.
4) http://www.pmstudy.com/practicetest1.asp
5) http://www.bestsamplequestions.com/pmp-sample-questions/pmp-sample-questions.html
6) http://www.tutorialspoint.com/pmp-exams/pmp_sample_questions.htm

Apart from all the above, you can find the questions yourself searching through google.
