Mission/Job Scope
As a Project Manager you are responsible for establishing and leading enterprise-wide, cross functional strategic initiatives. lead a variety of different types of projects including launching new products and services, large-scale application development, systems integration, operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering, and infrastructure upgrades and deployments
Outcomes

2. Provide timely and accurate information and status updates to leadership throughout the project.

Qualifications
1. 3+ years project management experience, managing multiple large, complex and cross functional projects, with emphasis on product development, systems, and technical environments
2. 3+ years of Retail industry experience preferred
3. Demonstrated ability to plan, track, facilitate, and close projects using applicable tools (Gantt, Burn downs, etc.) on time, within budget, and while controlling scope.
4. Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management tools.
5. Experience with and understanding of various software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum
6. BA/BS Degree strongly preferred and/or comparable work experience’

Role 2 : Product Manager

As a Product Manager of Merchandising systems , your job is to imagine the ideal end state for our new Merchandising and planning systems and product experience, and work backwards from it, challenging current assumptions and leveraging new technologies to drive outcomes allowing The Client’ to scale into the next phase of growth.
Outcomes
l You will lead the implementation of key initiatives in modernizing the core merchandising applications while maintain the data quality and process integrity necessary to support hyper-growth
1) Own the design, functionality, performance and reliability of The Client’s Merchandising and planning ERP applications.
2) Responsible for architecting and building New Inventory Management and planning applications on JDA/BY ( Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP), Retail Demand forecast (RDF), Replenishment and Allocations)
3) Develop plans for IT modernization and Digital transformation of existing legacy applications and systems
4) Provide research, analysis, and support for identifying, evaluating, and resolving Inventory Management process and system opportunities
l Be the super user, aka the Primary user support and administrator to business partners (internal and/or external) through business requirements, documentation, enhancements, and implementation to ensure system stability and data accuracy.

l 5+ years of product management experience in Retail IT
l 5+ years of Enterprise Planning and inventory management applications systems (JDA / Blue Yonder Preferred)
l 3+ years of Digital transformation and modernization experience for ERP systems (JDA / Blue Yonder Preferred)
l 3+ years of experience managing the software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps and automation lifecycle processes and procedures.
l Expertise in functional integration to major ERP and planning solutions
Role 3 : Sr. BI Engineer
Location : Phoenix AZ
Duration: Longterm
Job Scope:
Design, develop, test, deploy and support cloud-based Data Warehouse, Data models and Enterprise wide analytics. Build trusted single source of truth that can further be used to develop, maintain and administer data marts, OLAP cubes, visualizations and other data analysis and presentation tools. Upgrades legacy analytic applications for compatibility with the corporate data warehouse architecture and standards. Ensures BI applications comply with applicable corporate, statutory, and quality standards. Builds and maintains ad-hoc intranet tools and website needed to support, secure and scalable data engineering solutions and pipelines.
Works directly with enterprise business analysts and the user community to elicit requirements and deliver actionable information to corporate decision makers.
Strategize, Own and Lead Enterprise-wide data projects and work collaboratively with Management Leaders and Stakeholders to drive towards operational excellence. Develop roadmaps and implement best practices for a smooth Agile environment in conjunction with fair DevOps practices for faster and efficient turnaround.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in Computer science, Information systems, information technology or a related technical discipline
5+ years of experience in data modeling, data warehouse design, development, maintenance, and support using Microsoft Business Intelligence technology stack (2008/2012/2014/2016) including Integration Services, Reporting Services, Analysis Services, SharePoint and SQL Server.
5+ years of experience in analyzing data and create data visualizations that can drive strategic decisions.
Experience in data visualization tools like Tableau, MicroStrategy or PowerBI is preferred.
Experience in cloud-based ELT/ETL tools like Matillion, Data Factory is preferred.
Experience with NoSQL Databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, CouchDB or Traditional Cloud Databases like Azure SQL Server or columnar-stored complete relational database like Snowflake is preferred.
Automate, Optimize and maintain ETL flows in a repeatable, scalable manner.
Ability to handle and respond to ad-hoc data support/analytical requests.
Experience in building Self-Serve ad-hoc environment.

Provide support as required, to ensure the availability and optimized performance of developed applications and visualizations for corporate and field users.

Monitors and supports daily BI production activities, schedules and alerts.
