Hi,
After upgrade from CF9 to CF10 , I don’t see the CF10 instance in FRAM
How to I configure FusionReactor to monitor the new CF10 instance.
Warm regards,

Srini, my first suspicion would be that it’s because you’re running a version of FR that did not recognize CF10. I believe it was FR 4.5 that added that support.
So first, you can click the FR icon in the top left of the FR interface, to go to a page that shows your current FR version. And from that page, you can also choose a link that passes your current version and license info and tells you your upgrade options.
Second, there is also the possibility that you ARE on the right FR version, but you just need to tell the FRAM instance to rescan for the newly added CF instance. It doesn’t know about it until you tell it to scan. So on the Instance Manager page, you’ll see an option at the top to scan the system to find any new instances. And then if it finds it, you can easily click a button there to add FR into that instance.
HTH.

Hi,
Thank you. Looks like we have older version 3.5.4. I will upgrade and try configuring CF10.
