As of the 31st of December 2020, we will be closing this Google Groups forum.

Since the creation of this group, we have added many new support channels to assist our users more efficiently. Going forwards, we would like to focus on those new channels.

Our thanks go to everyone for the questions and answers that were posted on the group, we truly appreciate your involvement in making FusionReactor better, thank you.

Can you perhaps list some of those channels here for anyone who finds this group and doesn't know where to go?

Also, may I recommend updating your group message to point to the new support locations and mention this group is closed.

You can see an example of this at the top of the old Lucee google group which was moved to Discourse:

Thanks!

Makes sense. I've noticed the sharp drop in participation.

But will you be able to leave it open as read only? I still find myself finding Google searches whose results may point to an old discussion there. Or were you preferring to delete it, for fear of some old (perhaps  no longer  correct) info being found and used?
