FusionDebug 3.6.1 CF10 issues with stepping through code

I'm using FusionDebug 3.6.1 on a remote linux CF10 server. Everything seems to work great, except when stepping through code, if you encounter a writeDump or a cfsavecontent the step over doesn't work and the code seems to keep running (resumes I guess).
