Focus, Focus, Focus!
This week we are going to keep it simple and give you a strategy to utilize. Follow these simple steps to gain one of your best referral team members a great referral this week!

Identify ONE person you would love to gain a referral for this week.

Look at your calendar. See where you will be this week and who you will be in front of. Set a goal of how many times you can bring them up in conversation.

Have your “conversation starter” ready to go for that person all week, and do it! Notice your results, are people intrigued, indifferent, or even turned off.

Go back to the person and share your results as you have each conversation and ask “what could I have done better”. This will gain you a higher skill level in referring that person on a regular basis.

See how many referrals you can generate when you are focused on one person all week long!
