Hello all,

last one month, as me, Kanchan and Naveen were trying to put up the power teams, we realised that there were gaps in the way teams were bound together. So, I seeked help from other regions where "Power team programs" are super successful, like Mumbai, Erode..

Based on lot of brainstorming, We now have 9 different teams, as elaborated in the attachment with Captain and Vice captain specified.

Instead of generalised teams, like " corporate" Industrial, we have segregated based on " Who makes the decission in the company to buy your product or service" in simple words, " Who honors your invoices"

Just to brief you.

TEAM PROCUREMENT : Their decision makers are in the Purchase, Electrical, Maintenance, It etc.

TEAM HR & ADMIN : No guesses here, the name explains

EVENTS : All about events / weddings / bridal wear/ make up/ honeymoon ;)

MARKETING & COMMUNICATION : The  Marketing department obviously makes buying decission.

TEAM HNI :  NRIs,CEOs , CXOs, MDs of big companies, flush with funds, wanting to go next level, invest, explore, are your common thread / prospects

BUSINESS OWNERS : Next level to HNI, SME business owners will be your targeted clients

HEALTH & LIFESTYLE :  Individuals with Lifestyle needs

CONSTRUCTION :  Self explanatory

INTERIOR : Self explanatory.

The above teams have generated after BLOOD AND SWEAT ;)  Please trust us and jump in to do the real thing. No further changes will happen in terms of Powrr teams. Come on fusion....lets show the power of teams
