I want to reset all analytics and start fresh as we are launching our site tonight. I can't find anything in the manual about reseting or clearing. What is the best way to do this?

BTW, I tried to submit this question on your website but got an error about entering a license key - but there is no field on the form for a license key!

To 'reset' FA do the following:

Make sure you use the latest version of the Software.

1) Delete all applications from FADC and FADS and delete the belonging databases (e.g. from SQL Server Management Studio).
2) Create a new database as described in http://docs.intergral.com/display/FA102/Create+a+New+Database for use with your new application.
3) Add a new DCML application in FADC. Do not forget to to click the 'Modify' button after you have entered the data source settings. Otherwise no tables and indices are created in the database. (Hint: Have a look in the fusionanalytics-datacollector.log file in the server/logs directory - you can see a message for every table and index that has been created in this file)
4) Add a new APML application in FADS. Configure it to use the database you have just created.
5) Start both applications
6) Finally start uploading files either manually or sent from FusionReactor.

I've forwarded your question about the website to our web guys. Thanks for letting us know.

Bernd
