docs in pdf?

Documentation looks outstanding but I don't see a pdf version? I would
like to print out a copy and read through.

the wiki link you have below. No PDF version is available as of yet.

Hi Mike,

Well, this is the second time it's been requested and by two really
smart guys back to back :-) (Charlie Arehart was the other)

So here it is...

Note that its generated manually at the moment so we'll have to update
it from time to time until we can hopefully automate it somehow.
Should do the job though...

I didn't put Mike up to it! :-)

Great to see the PDF.

Since (for now) it's just one PDF for all the docs, folks should note that
it is indeed multiple separate documents. You can see the titles in the left
"bookmarks" area of the PDF, or in the online help. It's 275 pages total
(only 24mb).

Still, we don't want to "look a gift horse in the mouth" (criticize a gift).
We can certainly just print out what we choose from within the big PDF.
