Subscription for fusio.operation.create is not executed(has Pending status)

I created subscriptions for fusio.operation.create and fusio.operation.delete that should call the same endpoint(postman-echo for now).

Calls for fusio.operation.create has always status Pending and number of attempts is always 0. But for fusio.operation.delete event endpoint is called successfully.

Is there the way to have endpoint for fusio.operation.create executed?
