Where has the backend app gone? (v1.9.4)

In the 1.9.2 version the backend app was in /public/app/fusio

In the 1.9.4 version it's not there? has it moved? Either way I can't seem to log in?

OK I see from the 1.9.3 release notes that

"Removed backend app from repo and install backend app through marketplace on install"
