First Problem i am facing is . As soon as i start the Soft starter with 230 v , Just to switch on the soft starter there is fuse in my line with 450 A (SITOR 3NE1 333-2) which is getting damaged this is happing only for the middle fuse and other 2 in the left side and right side is okay . I am giving 230 v to A1 and A2 , From A1 i am taking the supply to output module and connected back to IN1 .

Second problem : Some time without fuse broken i can switch on the starter . this time when i start the Motor with my start command in the IN1 it start ampere is around 1200 and after couple of second its gives fault . Settings were Class 10A , Ie -12(314 Amp), XIe - 5, Ramp up is 5, ramp down is 10s , and the voltage starting is 50% .

We are trying to install Soft starter 3RW5075 6AB14 to a 132 kw 3 phase Squirrel cage Induction motor having Current Rating 216 Amp. The motor is connected to a V-belt pulley which runs a big fan./propeller for air flow to a ducting system.

We have managed to start the Soft starter with motor running on load ie connected to the pulley. But when we stop the motor through Stop push button and restart the motor through Start button the Soft starter shows ER AND STATE/OVERLOAD LED blinking continuously.
