Hello friends of immigrants--

I'm looking for support/connections in Atlanta for a family of 5 (been in the US about 8 days, I believe) who got tossed out onto the streets this morning, with sub-zero weather in the immediate forecast.

Do you know anyone who might be able/willing to help, or are you familiar with the support networks there? 

(I'm in UT, driving to my home in CO today, but the mom got ahold of a CO immigrant support volunteer, who reached out to me.)

If you have ideas, please text me at 919-323-0068 and I can connect you either with the CO volunteer or, ultimately, the immigrant mom.

Hey all - 

It looks like Papagayo and the Ciudad de Dios Iglesia are no longer taking donations for the migrants, as they received more than enough! (at least at this point). I have friends who are amassing donations - I can suggest they take stuff to Casa de Paz but do y'all know of any churches who are sheltering folks at this point who might need stuff?
