Hi Everyone!

As we expected, we're booking up fast for Thanksgiving. Right now we
have room for a few more on the 19th, wiggle room on the 20th, and a
bit on the 21st. I expect that all these spots will be booked by the
end of the week. If you want clean puppies for Turkey Day book your
appointments now!

As an aside, Anita wanted me to ask your opinion about opening on
Sundays. Would you find that a useful day for making your grooming
appointments? Please let us know, as we may choose to do this after
the Thanksgiving holiday!

Thanks, and Happy Thanksgiving!

Jeff and Anita

For goodness sakes take a day off! Remember weekends? No? Then take a day
off!!! My kids will be at camp for Thanksgiving so we won't see you till
afterwards. I'll call you when we get back.

We have so much to be thankful for this year. Have a wonderful holiday!

Anita and Jeff:

I don't think Sunday openings will gain anything for you.  My 46 years of "retailing" experience with increasing hours/days of operation, simply resulted in current customers  moving to the "more convenient to them day/time"... In the final analysis, the cost of operating increased, business volume status-quo.  Additionally, the public "expects" small businesses to have time off...They respect the owner/operator and employees need for and entitlement to some "free time", most especially Sundays!

Just my "two cents".....Aubrey

No! Let her enjoy a day off!!! I know she loves all of her customers but she needs to take care of herself, too.
That's my vote!

Let me add a slight detail. I would recommend to Anita that she take
two days "off" during the week and let Shaleena work Mon-Fri........

I would not book an appt. on a Sunday. Thanks for offering though.

She needs at least one day off.  No need to work Sundays unless she takes Monday off and the rest of the crew takes care of the customers who want to schedule for Mondays.

Anita nor you do not need to work on Sundays.  You guys need a day of rest and one day away from work.
Believe me, I know!!!!!!!!
