Deal execution support
Pre-sales support by preparing effective, customized sales pitches
Edit client agreements to effectively represent the understanding between the client and VP/ED
Collateral preparation Facilitation of buyer and seller interactions (roadshows, conference calls, etc.) Coordination of the due diligence and documentation process to ensure efficient closure
Outreach for deals (buyside and sellside)
Engagement tracking, reporting and housekeeping (maintaining updated client agreements, billing OOPE, etc.) Sector coverage Mapping of assigned segment (product, geography or industry group)
Maintaining a databases of companies in assigned segment Outreach to companies (cold calling, attending conferences)
