Looking for help with a simulation

I have no prior experience with FUNWAVE and I assume the learning curve is rather steep so I am looking for someone willing to help me with a simulation that would form the basis for a funding proposal that would support further work together. I am interested in simulating a circular wave's propagation to create a peak at its center, similar to this:

A simple initial model would have parameters for the circular wave's height, profile and diameter and generate the resulting central peak. The next step would be to add the generation of the circular wave by an underwater explosion where the depth and yield would be additional parameters. Project Seal explored "explosion generated water waves" and I hope to extend this beyond simple point explosions, analogous to shaped charges.
