JONSWAP on tide_frf_abc_data simple_cases

Hi,

I am using one of the examples from the simple_cases (tide_frf_abc_data) to run different scenario and I would like some insight into how to modify the example for a direction JONSWAP spectrum. Looking into the wiki page, I see that I have to specify the following parameters: Xc_WK, Yc_WK, Ywidth_WK, DEP_WK, Time_ramp, Delta_WK,  FreqPeak, FreqMin, FreqMax, Hmo, GammaTMA (default: 3.3 ), ThetaPeak (default: 0.0), Nfreq (default: 45), Ntheta (default: 24).

Which will be the best starting configuration if I have the following parameters?

peak period: 8 s.
direction: 30 deg with respect to shorenormal.
directional spread: 20 deg.

Any suggestions are really appreciated.
