Stablization of udev-171-r6 and linux-headers-2.6.39

Do to an increasing number of packages depending on >=udev-171, I plan on stablizing it in a couple of days. It's been in current for a long time so there shouldn't be many issues with it. udev-171 depends on >=linux-headers-2.6.34 so i will also be stablizing linux-headers-2.6.39.
Due to funtoo's udev ebuild using EAPI=1, as
a necessary evil to avoid forcing all "current" users to rebuild udev,
the following packages will also be forked if necessary and stablized
until upstream catches up:
sys-apps/hwids-20120512 (new package but is really just the ids split from the utils)
sys-apps/pciutils-3.1.9-r2 (-r1 is already stable upstream)
sys-apps/usbutils-005-r1
If you do not want these updates then please mask those packages ahead of time.
If you experience any kind of blocks or "multiple packages pulled in" errors when updating please try the following:
emerge -avuND world --backtrack=30
