app-admin/eselect-python-20090606 not available

Hi all,

after install from scratch, doing an "emerge -e system", the system
tries to install eselect-python-20090606. This package is no longer
available on any mirror I tried, so making available
>=app-admin/eselect-python-20090801 (currently masked on Funtoo) helps a
lot.

Moved to eselect-python-20090824 (wrapperized) for both funtoo and ~funtoo to fix this - thanks for the report.
