I started rebuilding fresh downloaded stage3 i686 ~funtoo with Os,
emerge -e @world, first package portage and... after remerging portage
emerge stop working.
emergefail.log

Nevermind, again.

mount /proc and /dev before chroot is good idea.

Yep, I always mount /proc, /sys, and bind-mount /dev -- portage is pickier than it used to be.
Also copy in /etc/resolv.conf.
