[Funtoo] New linux-headers masked for testing

Hi!

Multiple desktop components (for both stable and current) now depend on the latest linux-headers. If you are experiencing any package blocks regarding to linux-headers, please unmask the new versions and let us know if you experience any issues!

Versions to be unmasked:

Stable users: linux-headers-3.1

Current users: linux-headers 3.3

Those new versions will hit the Funtoo tree in few minutes.
