media-gfx/graphviz-2.26.3-r4 fails to compile

I know bugs shouldn't be reported here, but I can not log into JIRA (I have created a separate post about that).

media-gfx/graphviz-2.26.3-r4 fails (see partial log below).

This *might* be because line 120 in graphviz-2.26.3-r4.ebuild.

graphviz-2.38.0 compiles fine, however there is no ebuild for it. As such I created a new ebuild, using graphviz-2.36.0 as template (see attached file).

It compiled without errors (USE="X cairo gtk nls python -devil -doc -examples -gdk-pixbuf -gts -guile -java -lasi -pdf -perl -postscript -qt4 -ruby -static-libs -svg -tcl" PYTHON_TARGETS="python2_7") and installed successfully (tested using python2.7).
