We have compiled our incident reports from the second canning weekend and it appears that your organization, RAM Squad, was involved in illegal and unsafe canning. 
We would like to set up a meeting with you to discuss this incident and your penalty. Our availability during finals week includes 10:30am-6pm Monday through Friday. We usually schedule a half-hour time slot for each organization but the meeting should not last longer than about 15 minutes. Please just email us back with a time that at least one of you are available.
