So what we were THINKing (like that? ^^) was to make Canning have its own tab under Students instead of having to go to Documents and search in there.

Canning Docs should definitely stay on THON.org since only THON Chairs have access to THINK and a lot of people plan these trips. But I agree having them more readily available would be so helpful.

Also, in terms of THON Chair info: we were thinking that maybe we would have a little checkbox they'd have to click if they didn't want their info shared. That way they can look each other up if they want but their information will be kept private to THINK :)

Hey guys!

Pat emailed me earlier this morning about our Fundraising Safety Roundtable and changes we could make to improve THINK.

These were the things I was going to mention: (Please let me know if I forgot something. I want to email him later tonight/ tomorrow morning at the latest)

--Instead of having the canning docs on thon.org (since they are difficult to locate) put these docs on THINK in the canning tab

--Make THON chair contacts available to other THON chairs (maybe post this on thon.org in the form of a google doc??)

--Can edit trip leaders (not the same trip leader registering each time)

I feel like I am forgetting something! I did have something written down about post canning trips, but I can't remember what it was. Just let me know if I should add or take away something!

Yeah! I totally agree! You should know that THON.org will be completely revamped over break, so I think that's something they're trying for already and Pat doesn't work on THON.org (he's THINK) but it's something to bring up!

I'm not totally sure. I know Corbin does, but since they're redoing the entire site map it might be helpful for me to bring it up to Oggie first. My only concern is I don't want to highlight canning over more sustainbable forms of fundraising (like THONline and THONvelopes) but I think a fundraising tab could be really helpful! Then all of this information would be right there. Or even a canning button that would link to all of that informaiton that you worked so hard on!
