Good morning.I'm Nicholas,Software Designer of Nokia.Welcome to my presentation.
My topic is Nokia Hangzhou R&D.
First I'll talk about the basic information of HZ.
Second I'll tell you the product of HZ.
Next I'll show you the strengths of HZ
Last I'll share some information about future plan.

So Let's begin with basic information.
HZ R&D established in 2002,it's the branch company of NCIC(Nokia China Investment Company),The head office of NCIC located in Beijing.
Now let's turn to product of HZ.
As you know R&D is far from the market.But we should always remember our product will influence the market.The product of HZ is IPA platform.It's the base of RNC and MGW.RNC and MGW is the vary important product of 3G networks.
Next ,strengths of HZ.
R&D in China is cost effective.The company save money in rent and also salary.China is a big market for 3G networks,HZ R&D is near the market.The ZheJiang University located in Hangzhou ,so we're near the high quality engineers.
Last here's the future plan of HZ R&D.
HZ R&D will move to BinJiang at 2008.And we will transfer NODE-B and WinMAX to HZ site.We'll recruit another 300 people,and then we'll have about 500 employees.The HZ site will be more and more important.
