Can't build funnelWeb :(

Hi, I Can't build funnel web.

I downloaded source from github and downloaded tortoiseHg ...

but when I run this code "hg clone https://bitbucket.org/FunnelWeb/dev", that's create a folder shown in picture attached and downloads 58 Mb, but after that i don't know what do i must to do...
