Drakengard3 (originally released in Japan as Drag-On Dragoon 3) is the third game in the Drakengard series and a prequel to the original game. The game, like the rest of the series, features a mixture of ground-based hack-and-slash combat and aerial battles. The story focuses on Zero, a woman who can manipulate magic through song. Partnering with a dragon named Mikhail, Zero set out to kill her five sisters, who rule the world's regions. As she travels, the player discovers the true reason behind Zero's rampage.
The game, created to cater for hardcore role-playing game audiences, was developed by the same team who created the original Drakengard and series spin-off Nier, including producer Takamasa Shiba, director Yoko Taro and writer Sawako Natori. The music was composed by Keiichi Okabe, who also scored Nier. Unlike previous titles in the series, the team developed the game at Access Games, due to the company's experience at developing action titles and the team's wish to address criticisms laid at the gameplay of previous Drakengard games. Drakengard 3 received mixed to positive reviews and sales in Japan and mixed reviews in the west. The ground-based gameplay and story were generally praised, while common criticisms included the dragon gameplay, graphics and multiple technical issues.
Game patches are available through the RPCS3 Patch Manager. To enable them, right-click a game in RPCS3 then select "Manage Game Patches". Game Patches are created by RPCS3's community, and can alter how a game runs. More information can be found here.
Using a threshold of 321x321 or lower allows DoF to scale properly, but will cause issues with other effects (eg. most glow effects will become artifacted). Until a way is found to possibly resize the DoF buffer separately, a patch to disable it entirely can be found below for certain releases.
The original release (v1.00) of NPEB01407 had a bug where DLCs were not recognised correctly. Instead of pushing an update to fix this issue, Square Enix pulled the entire game from the store and replaced it with the fixed version (v1.01). Users who had downloaded the original version were required to completely uninstall the game and re-download the fixed version. Fortunately, if a user tried to download the game today, only the fixed version will be downloaded. It is therefore important for owners of NPEB01407 to download the newer version of the game using the instructions mentioned in our game dumping guide. License file is unchanged between the two versions.
OP already has this one listed, but I can confirm WRC 5 (NA, Digital) won't patch. I have Version 1.01 installed on my primary PS3, and when I try to update from Version 1.00 on my second PS3, it says "The latest version is installed." I'm not sure what the patch does. It seems I'm able to connect to a multiplayer lobby on Version 1.00. Maybe tomorrow I'll see if the two versions can play online together.
I just played the online with a friend (both with 1.00 and NA, Digital) and got all the online trophies without a problem. I think the 1.01 patch is only for the disc version or something. I don't really know, but I read some stuff related to the patches in the trophy guide
Not a bad idea to go ahead and install and update any PS3 games you have though.
There is no guarantee that Sony is going to fix this or even if they do it this time, they might not do it the next.
It's not intentional.
The updates are still online. A database error is preventing the games from getting the update.
It's due to a missing XML file.
And this is not the first time this has happened.
This problem affected a bunch of Vita games for about a month, but did become available again.
All we can really do other than bring attention to it is hope that Sony will fix this like they did last time.

@CB7Tuner91 For scientific research purposes I opened up Castlevania on PSNow using the PS4 to give a try to what you asked about. Checked the world map. Twelve dots (no DLC). XMB gives me the "Saved Data Utility", "Trophy Collection" and "Friend List". No other options to pull in DLC from purchase history. PSNow seems to be completely out as an option for this.
Over the last 72 hours, I have tried to install patches for my entire PS3 collection. All of my 270+ PS3 games I attempted to patch were on a slim PS3 that was factory reset to ensure no old patches were still on the HDD. Here are a list of the games that I came across that had no patches to install. I am unsure as to how many had day 1 patches or patches over their lifespan so I could not trim down the list any further. List is not entire in alphabetical order and all NTSC copies unless stated. Heres the list... and its long sadly:
Okay, so I went through all my games on my shelf yesterday, looked at all the games with install data already and noted which ones had update sand which ones didn't. I then went through all the ones that didn't and now have a separate pile of games for ones that have updates and ones that don't:
when i install DLC alone its showing but with i install the update 1.01 with DLC will not up even when i connect to internet or PSN store DLC not Showing if i install only the DLC the working and showing but if i install update 1.01 after DLC not showing
Convert iso to internal or external hdd? Because i already test it in my external format iso, still freeze in Chapter
0 when zero trying leaving house while using jpn voice dlc. How can i fix this?
Only games with available game updates can be converted but workarounds are found which require special handling (marked "Exclusive Method") shown in the table Notes. If LIC.DAT is missing, use KDW LIC.DAT Offline Generator to create a new license; although the above-listed tools generate LIC.DAT automatically.
For HAN: Create a folder named ASSASSIN_ISO inside USRDIR folder. PKG makers may skip the ASSASSIN_ISO folder and not include it in the PKG since it's empty, to avoid this, make a dummy file inside it (in my case I named it delete_me.txt)
1. Rename the PS3_Game folder of retail disc [BCUS98298] into "NPUA72074",
2. Unpack the demo NPUA72074 then copy only the [eboot.bin] from it then paste into folder [USRDIR] in [NPUA72074] renamed in step 1,
3. Edit PARAM.SFO of [NPUA72074] and change Category from DG Disc Game (blu-ray) to HG Harddrive Game then Save,
4. Delete LICDIR folder in NPUA72074,
5. Download only the v1.01 update for BCUS98298,
6. Unpack contents of downloaded v1.01 update then move them to a new folder called "BCUS98298",
7. For DTU: Transfer NPUA72074 and BCUS98298 folders into CFW PS3 then DTU to OFW PS3. Done.

For Han: converted with CFW2OFW Helper v13 the game stucks at a black screen. Feel free to try with PS3GameConvert v0.91.

For CFW2OFW on HAN you've got to do:
1. From your original folder BLUS30838 you've to go to USRDIR and move all files execpt EBOOT.BIN, default.self, and default_mp.self to a temp folder ouside of BLUS folder, name it whatever you like, so just have in USRDIR the EBOOT.BIN, default.self, and default_mp.self files.
2. Use the CFW2OFW helper v11 as usual with the PS3_GAME folder, so at the end you have 2 folders BLUS and NPUB.
3. Now from the backup temp folder created in step 1, move all files to de USRDIR in the new BLUS folder that was created after CFW2OFW helper.
4.-Copy from that new USRDIR the EBOOT.BIN, default.self, and default_mp.self files, that are now the updated versions, to the USRDIR inside of NPUB, so so overwrite the ones in there.
5.-Proced to make de pkg files with makepkg and install as usual, at the end of all you've got GAME.pkg size like 19mb, PATCH size 8.10gb and the LIC.pkg
