You have 8 players in the list below, so your team is full , isnt it? (ie. Christine and Hassani replaced by Meharaj and Oliver )

Hi Eve,

Sorry for the late reply. We are off on Friday and Saturday.

It’s going to a superb event (200 volleyball enthusiast - 20 indoor teams, 30 beach volley teams). Waiting for the day!!!

Few visa applications are still pending. I have checked with other teams from EK and they have extra lady players. In case if our team member’s visa get rejected, we will manage with them.

It’s good to know that the bus timings are changed, we can avoid the long wait.

Can you please send us the address/location details of the hotel/apartment booked for us and your contact details - in case required. (Primary and secondary if possible.)

Due to many people wishes, we had to delay the first shuttle of Sept 15th to 16h30 (4:00 PM) .
As you arrive at 14:10 , I booked 8 places in this first shuttle. Are you ok ?

Hope you are doing good.

You can book 2 rooms with 4 beds and we will share it.

We are planning to reach NCE on 15^th Sep @14:10hrs –EK077. It’s a sub load ticket. So I think the second bus, NCE---> GASSIN : 21h will be fine with us.

Return we prefer the first bus i.e. GASSIN ---> NCE : 07h30.

Do you need the name of the players if there is a change?
Also appreciate if you can keep in mind about the space/room for the extra players which I mentioned in my previous mail. I will confirm it as soon as they get the visa.

I have rooms of 3 and 4 people. I booked for your team at the moment an appartment of 4 beds and one of 3 beds. I can place the lady in another room with other ladies. or I can place her with you (change the appartment of 3 into 4). Let me know your choice.

Could you tell me for each member of your team the arrival date to NCE, the arrival flight, the kind of ticket (ZED, R1, R2, N1, N2) and the bus they need :

thursday 15 sept
NCE---> GASSIN : 13h
NCE---> GASSIN : 21h

sunday 18 sept (duration about 2 hours)
GASSIN ---> NCE : 07h30

As mentioned, there may be one or two changes in the players depends on the visa approval. We are arranging at least lady player to join us. Will let you know the final list by end of August or 1^st week of Sep.

Have you arranged double or singles room? If you have arranged double rooms please go ahead with 4 rooms and we will make arrangements for the lady player (share the room or one of the males can be accommodated in one of the other three rooms)

Thanks a lot for you email. Hope every this getting ready for the great event.

Unfortunately Christine and Cherrie wont be able make it for the tournament. Two more players may join us for the tournament making the total count to 10 (depends if they get the visa). I will send you the final list by 1^st week of September once we get the confirmation on the visa.

For the time being please book the rooms for 8 gents/boys and if you can just block 2 to slots and we will confirm it later.
Please let me know if you need further clarifications.
