Hi Joao,
I registered Bruno and Joana instead of Nuno and Jose without any problem of accomodating them.
Thursday 15th :
The resorts restaurant will be opened by night, so whatever shuttle you take, you can have dinner there.
Sunday 18th :
If you leave after 12:00, you can have lunch at the resorts restaurant. If you leave before,we don't know yet. We are negociating a picnic lunch, but we cannot be sure yet...
The beach volley ball tournament will be a lot more relaxed than real beach volley ball. Do not worry!
Yes we will play with indoor indoor rules (you can set the ball on the first touch, tips allowed, not so rigid on the setting, the block does not count as the first touch of the team, etc ...)

Thanks for the info Eve.
2 latest changes for TAP Team:
- Bruno Aguiar (male player) is replacing Nuno Manuel (male non-player)
- Joana Sousa (female non-player) is replacing Jose Mendes (male player)
So we have another girl for the tournament instead of a guy (watch out for the accommodation)...
2 questions from the booklet:
- Dinner on the 15th? Until what time? Included on the package?
- Lunch on the 18th? Until what time? Included in the package?
Transport:
- 12 pax for the 16:00 bus on 15th
- 11 pax for the 21:00 bus on 15th
- 8 pax for the 07:30 bus on 18th
- 15 pax for the 13:00 bus on 18th
Final request:
A lot of players never played Beach Volleyball. Can we have indoor rules for the Beach games (tip the ball, not so rigid with settings, etc...). We'll have more fun and play relaxed instead of worrying so much with beach rules...

I am extremely sorry to inform you that one of our players has health problems and hence cannot join us. Her name is Silvia. She sent me a doctor’s certificate but as it was very small (scanned), I have asked her to resend it to me so I can forward it to you.
I know that many people wanted to come and you had to stop them as there was no more place. And now this cancellation. L
Please let me know the impact of this change in your financial planning. She had already given the advance of EUR 125.

Total amount : 16 (players) x 250 eur + 2 (teams) x 100 eur = 4200 EUR
Already transfered : 2000 EUR
Due : 2200 EUR

Dear all,
It was fantastic to be there at St. Tropez for three days. Now most of us are back to work.
I take this opportunity to congratulate every member of the AF VLB team who had taken tremendous efforts to organize this event successfully. There was absolutely nothing lacking as you all have closed all gaps and done a marvelous job.
